By accessing and using the OMTech Laser website ("Site") and purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use the Site. We reserve the right to update and change these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
OMTech Laser manufactures and distributes laser engraving, cutting, marking, and welding equipment. Product descriptions, specifications, and images on our Site are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other Site content is completely accurate, current, or error-free.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice. Prices are subject to change and may vary based on configuration, accessories, and shipping destination.
When you place an order through our Site or through our sales team, you are making an offer to purchase the products described. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Confirmation of your order does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we ship the product or expressly confirm acceptance in writing.
Payment terms are outlined in individual quotes and invoices. For standard orders, full payment is typically required before shipment. For large or custom orders, payment milestones may be arranged.
Shipping timelines provided are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery dates may be affected by production schedules, carrier delays, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control. OMTech Laser is not liable for delays in delivery caused by such factors.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable orders.
OMTech Laser products are covered by our standard warranty as described in the warranty card included with each machine. The standard warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period specified at the time of purchase (typically 2 years for the machine frame, electronics, and mechanical components).
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, accidents, normal wear and tear, or use of non-approved materials or accessories. Consumable items including laser tubes, lenses, mirrors, and nozzles are subject to separate warranty terms.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your product. Products must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging. Customized or modified products are not eligible for return. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. A restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.
Laser equipment involves inherent hazards including laser radiation, fumes, heat, and moving parts. Users are responsible for following all safety guidelines provided in the user manual, maintaining proper ventilation and exhaust systems, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding laser equipment operation.
OMTech Laser is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use, inadequate ventilation, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of OMTech Laser or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OMTech Laser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or our products.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, California.
